Delivery costs

Delivery times

As a rule, we despatch the goods ordered to you within 24 hours. We make no additional charge for this accelerated service.
It's an exception if we do not have the goods in stock. In such cases we will inform you immediately. Delivery costs are always waived in the case of such delayed deliveries.

Return guarantee

We offer you only high-quality goods from well-known manufacturers and are sure that you will be satisfied with the goods ordered. Naturally, we are aware that the size might not be right for you or that you may for some other reason wish to return the product/s. In such cases we have made the returns process as simple as possible for you. If you are not entirely satisfied for whatever reason, we will accept goods returned unused and in the original packaging within 30 days of the date of delivery. No questions asked. These may be exchanged immediately or alternatively we will refund you the entire price of purchase. Naturally, you do not have to give reasons for returning the goods. However, we would be grateful if you could inform us why you do not wish to have the product/s in question. Perhaps it is our fault and you can tell us so that we can improve our service in the future.

Customs clearance

Generally spearking no customs duty is charged in the countries of destination - certainly not in the EU.
